Just for the comedy element :rolleyes:

Rode Toto today, he was fabby, cooled off and tied him up in the barn, started untacking. Noticed he was shuffling about a bit, thought he might need a wee, so opened his stable door, then went to take his saddle off before letting him in the stable. Only got as far as undoing his girth before he decided he just couldn't wait another 10 seconds and went there and then on the concrete floor :eek: It went everywhere, all over my new dressage whip that I'd dropped on the floor, his nice overreach boots, fetlock boots, over his girth, ewwwww :eek: Then he proceeded to spook at the small river he'd created :rolleyes:

Yuck :o Anyone elses horse ever done that?
 
My mare peed on the yard today after I rode too! (luckily I'd got all her tack off by then though). This isn't the first time she has, although she never used to until I moved to our current yard about year and a half ago - I think she's been learning bad habits from my friends horse who pretty much always pees on the yard every time she's tied up! (and not in a 'I've been standing here/ working for ages and I just can't hold it in' way)

I was horrified tbh, I was standing on tiptoes as far away as possible whilst hanging onto the end of the girth as his saddle was still on his back and I'd undone the girth, couldn't let it go :o Yuckkkk :rolleyes:
 
Ick! :p

Horses, don'tcha just lov'em? Its soooo stinky, particularly now its hot. Was bad enough having to finish her off before turning out again, but I guess at least I didn't have a pile of tack to be cleaned! ;)
