Yukky virus

Anyone had this sickness and diahrrhoea (sp) virus thats going round? How long will it last, got a week off work and don't want to waste it in bed!!

Yes, me! Had it last week and blamed it on hotel food but since heard of too many other people with it, so thought it mustn't have been food poisoning after all.
