Beautiful house!
It's kinda made me happy to see what you can get for £3,350,000 as the estate my livery yard is on is on the market for £4,500,000 and is nowhere near as nice as that place (more land, helipads etc though). I do worry about the day it sells but if you can buy a place like that.... where i am isnt going to sell in a rush (hope i havent just jinxed myself!).

Tbf Nokia, I reckon that, seeing as Mr Tindle is not actually poor himself (I don't know how much you get paid playing rugby, but I'd imagine it's a lot more than your average wage
) then I don't see any reason as to why they couldn't, and wouldn't, pay for it themselves if they were to be buying the place.

tbh, I dont see why as its not a pansey sport unlike footy... I think they would pay for it themselves... Tindal doesnt seem like the sort of bloke who would take take take and no give....
