God he's a fighter

The vet is pleased with him and the infection has cleared up and you can hardly see where he was operated on.

He is allowed home at some point next week providing the vet is happy with him

However: The vet has said not to get our hopes up as between now and then something could go wrong and it could be serious.

so hopefully he will be ok.

awww this is really good news! I've been following your posts on Ziggy and hoping he would be ok. He really is a fighter and sounds like a very special horse to pull through all that! His owner must have been worried sick. Fingers crossed he is well on the road to recovery with no more set backs.
