Anyone use it?
Are there any warnings and is it pretty strong?

Its normally in barrier creams, for nappy rash and stuff. Never heard of it for sock whitening.
 
Yes you can use it to whiten. Never used it myself but I have a friend with a coloured who shows as a high level and she uses it.

I know she buys it at the chemist in powder form then mixes with water to form a paste.

Paste up legs and bandage overnight - then brush off before you go in the ring.

I believe it works out much cheaper than buying an off the shelf whitening powder when you you are doing legs instead of sock(s)

Curash baby powder is brilliant for making socks white - it has zinc in it.

Tip powder into a bowl, mix with some hot water to a thick creeamy paste and rub in well. BAndage overnight and brush out gently when dry. Much, much cheaper than the commercial stuff.
