So recently we have both had a confidence crisis following Zoom having a crash through a cross country jump at a HT. We have taken things really easy the last few weeks to just have some fun and get our confidence back.
We headed to Stratfield Saye sponsored ride yesterday....our last sponsored ride together
The jumps seemed to be either tiny (straw bales!!) or the upper limit of our capabilities. I was worried about wrecking our confidence so stuck to the straw bales and just enjoyed the lovely scenery. She was so well behaved and so I did a couple of the bigger ones.
We got to the photo jump and opted for the smaller one, which she jumped beautifully (if a little onward bound!!

Then as me and my friend were walking away......I thought 'b*llocks to it, I know she can do the biggy!'......so we did:

She was pretty strong and chipped in so I got a little left behind but managed to slip my reins for landing. Was hoping the photo would be a better one as it's our last ride but hey-ho.
Thanks for reading.
Don't know what I'm gonna do without her
