Yard 1 small yard. horses can live out. All horses on yard live out . Good big stables when required . Can buy hay and straw from farm reasonably. Good hacking. Liveries help each other . However arena tiny surface usually not useable and no are arena lights.

yard 1 current yard about 16 horses all year turnout good grazing huge Stable. Lovely lovely liveries. However fencing very poor horses escape. School tiny floods freezes and has no lights

I was tired permanently skint no leave with my horses living in . Moved them had them live out all year and the difference to my mental and physical health as well as social live was night and day. Pm if you want more info x
I am now the same although my cob lives out. Am seriously considering giving up her stable (she's rarely in) as I would love a hair cut pair of shoes etc but then I feel guilty
Cobs rule ! My 2 are hotter to ride and will leave many of the finer horses in their wake. Do agree with side saddle tho my 2 are a bit sore on the hips being xxw and that's lean and fit.
