He was a gypsy cob. I think he's being brought down levels because of his hocks but is not retiring just yet. You may like Hillgarth ponies, they're fast, quirky Sec Ds.

I ended up loaning from the riding school which helped me learn to school and ride without an instructor before moving on to a share / loan outside of the school so it might be worth enquiring at your riding school! Also if you do want to look for a share preloved is great for finding one...

This is exactly how I started off competing! It's lovely to be able to compete without owning your own and an opportunity many people don't get in riding schools. Well done on your results, they're fab scores! Keep us updated on how you get on in the future! :-)

I would say give it a go at your next outing and if he feels good stick with it. If not then you haven't lost anything and can go back to 2 tests! Best of luck, your horse is absolutely gorgeous!

I was looking for turquoise and Coral, the rolls tend to last me a while so would be happy to happy to pay a fair amount. Especially for the patterned ones you mentioned. For a black roll I paid £1 so would be happy to pay up to £5 excluding P&P although would probably pay more if I saw it at an...

After searching high and low for specific colours I have usually ended up settling with black or buying boots with straps the colour I wanted! I would definitely be interested and know a few others that would be as well.

Not very exciting compared to everyone else but I'm going to try out a pony on Sunday for full loan. I can't wait! Good luck to those competing.
