My sister gave me a wheelbarrow that I use just for hay. So much better than trying to line the mucking out one with old bags to take the hay up to the field.
I’ve sort of done it but found the second set of questions difficult to answer as I’ve been married for nearly 40 years!
Also got a bit confused between the sets of questions at first as the Agree and Disagree were around the opposite way!
My daughter who is a little bit older than you has been going on riding holidays on her own for the last few years all over the world. Personally I think she’s rather brave but she’s always had great fun, saying that once you’re on the ride you’ve always got company. She even didn’t mind it...
We had two people looking on our local horse fb page. One wanted them to deconstruct for training purposes and another wanted the leather to make hoof pick & knife holders. Perhaps ask your local ones?
My daughter, who has been on lots of riding holidays, says she has used a waterproof pouch on a lanyard which she tucks inside her jacket but mainly just sticks her phone in a pocket. She says a wrist attachment is a must though in case she drops it.
I’ve just realised that I haven’t had any this cold spell but I have been wearing my new Aigle Parcours ISO wellies. They keep my feet really toasty even with thin socks on. Yes, they’re expensive but so worth it.
I’m not in to keeping bits of hair or shoes. My daughter recently gave me a photo book of my oldie and I’ll treasure that when he goes. As for the rest of his stuff I’ll probably give most of it away but selling bits like his saddle.
We stayed at the Premier Inn at Beckton for £49 which is just a few stops on the DLR. We did notice people leaving before and through the jump off and wondered why.
