mine have open stables in their fields and they are choosing to stand in their stables most of the day - they don't use them if it's raining or cold, more to get out of the heat!

mines got sweetitch and it's a headache for me too! he gets too hot in snuggy hood, fly rug doesn't cover him so well and he still gets a little hot in it, he scratches himself when he's in the stable, i find myself going out to him numerous times a day ( he lives at home thankfully) to swop...
