mine have open stables in their fields and they are choosing to stand in their stables most of the day - they don't use them if it's raining or cold, more to get out of the heat!

my kids pick cow parsley for my horse and their 2 ponies on the way home from school. We are always greeted with lots of neighs and the horse waits right at the end of his field closest to the road :-))
