I have to say were on our 3rd month of cavalesse supplement and its brilliant for skin irritation and sweet itch.....its more the horseflies we need to deter...which is prob impossible :( X

Anyone recommend any fly repellents for sensitive skin (that work) or can recommend a recipe for one? My pony has very sensitive skin and has allergies to washing powder, some shampoos, bute, danilon, hibiscrub, deet based fly sprays...the list is endless! She spent the best part of last year...

Well I've just returned drugs to my vets to be credited...I don't see why you cant pop in and say is there any chance of a credit note as your yard owner also went out and purchased on your behalf....the worst they say is no!

Thanks everyone for replying I should of gone into more detail. I've swapped feed, bedding, we've tried her in and out, I've tried fly rugs on and off, I've bought new rugs ans numnahs and tonight we've moved her to a stable on the other side of yard that's a little more airy :/
