Hi, I've just put an update on one of the threads from that time in the Club House ☺

Sorry if this turns out long, will try and keep it short! So, I own 2 horses, 1 ridden and a companion pony and also have another ridden horse on loan so have 3 altogether. I've had the loan horse about a year but fell unexpectedly pregnant not long after he arrived and gave birth in June...

I am putting hay out in the field because it doesn't look like their is much grass but all 3 of mine prefer to graze than eat it, so there must be some! They do pick at the hay now and again but aren't overly bothered. They come in at night and have the same hay and they soon munch into it so...

Quite recently had mine done. Vet said the 2nd one had to be done between 21 and 92 days after the first one but he said easier to just remember "a month after" so that's when mine was done. I would have thought the count starts the day it was done.

Could you not put up some temporary fencing until you can do it properly? I know it's a pain but just some plastic posts and some electric tape would do the job and not take long. Doesn't have to be brilliant but would hopefully deter her.
