By law he has to pay her wages, if she has worked for him less than a year her rights are not that good but over a year they are, she should ring ACAS and seek legal advice, small claims court should cover it. he is banking on her feeling threatened and thinking she can't afford it! Horrible...

:( poor thing, it sounds altho you are doing everything you can though. If it is any consolation one of ours has had a couple of viruses and we thought he was a goner, they can be really nasty. fingers crossed for you.

We had a few on yards over the years, they hang around a bit eating corn and making themselves at home and then normally leave when they are ready. Have heard they are not welcomed home though........ can it not live at the yard as an honourary chicken or something??? :D

Ebay is AMAZING but the saddles don't neccessarily go for what they would privately and the fees can be quite steep, but it's a great place to sell.

I'd say that was the delights of her being in season, the delights of marish are a different thing all together, imagine a woman with really bad PMT, in horse form, only the PMT is constant, you probably know someone that is your mare in human form :D

there is Vicky Yoxall too she was interviewed by H&H and Liz Sutcliffe, think she does SH's but I haven't bought from them tho. Also Mark Allman supposed to be good, lovely pony on our yard from him.

I reckon it's probably genuine, people never fail to amaze me! If you were going to sell a dodgy horse you would be a bit more imaginative surely? lol
