Yes both my horses got similar things last year and couldn't ride while they were there tried alsorts to get rid of them eventually vet gave us some steroid cream but they have come back again this year had skin scrapes and allsorts still no wiser! Please let me know what your vet thinks it is?
Just wondered what your horse had done before you bought her, why was she unfit, had she started stopping before you got her? Only been there done that and got the t-shirt!

The latter of course its quite a big problem around here
Large piles of poo at first we wondered where the horses were going ....
He has ad lib horsehage and daily turnout
We have had him blood tested and he is on a general vitamin supplement and is regularly wormed but he still eats his own poo?!
We have mentioned it to the vet but he wasn't sure and said he would look into it.
Mainly BSJA but obviously i have to school about 3 times a week inc flatwork lesson and jump once a week (usually a jumping lesson) plus a show
I like to try and hack them at least once a week and then they get a day or two off and some turn out so they can chill for abit.
I was in the same situation with a horse i really liked and she failed on a flexion test i decided not to buy her although it upset me because i thought she was the one! A few months after i had her vetted she went lame
