I have also heard their customer service is diabolical which is also no help to you! Payload on mine is 1300 so if yours is same, even if your horse was dancing around, the floor defo should not be denting. Im guessing floor material needs testing to see if made of suitable weight bearing...

I have a swb (3 dr) pajero, its an old '93 one but tows brilliantly :-) You may find insuring a pajero will be stupid money because of your age, shogun shouldn't be so bad as not import.

I know the newer models have had a lot of workmanship/material problems with recalls etc but with a trailer only just over a year old I would be as concerned as you :-( Did you buy from a dealer or privately? If dealer then maybe go thru them to try & sort? If was me I think I wouldn't stop...

I have a 2001 Sport Treka & it is fab :) Much better build than the newer models, horses load & travel great & no smelly tack in the pajero ;)

I bought a Gel Out one for my rock hard Albion, fabulous on the bottom but I went for a large because it said 'fits 17-18"' (Albion is 17.5) but it is waay to big :( I couldn't be bothered with the hassle & expense of sending it back so still have it!

Yep all horses, have travelled 4 different ones in it, all travelled fine yet come out very wet with very condensated windows :( One today was only about 15 miles, no traffic jams & she looked like she'd just had a bath! ( Yes I am very careful driver as one of mine needs slightly more...

Exact same, my mare is wb x full-up 16hh, leg in each corner type :) (My tb was 16.1 airy fairy noodle lol) U can't really judge little mare's height in pics

I already have my mare so i'm not allowed to replace my tb until hubbys mare is sold. In reality we only have enough grazing for 2. No real interest in her :(
