I would always recommend helite or point 2 for better neck protection. I recently bought a point 2 and am very happy with it. I have visited the point two stand at numerous shows and was eventually won over by the sales pitch. Although it is a great product i was disheartened to find out from my...
What about getting it checked out by a physio? definately looks around the stifle/pelvis area. I'd say limit the amount it's out for a few days to let it rest. It may be something as harmless as a pulled muscle.
When i worked at an equine spa, we had lots of cellulitis cases. It really helped increase the circulation, therefore get the fluid moving. Controlled walking also helped.

I would say they look a tad overweight. It's always better to have too little weight on them than too much as the extra weight can seriously affect their growth. Most yearlings/2yo have pot bellys but as long as you can feel their ribs.
Equimax or double dose strongid P is what you give now. Equest pramox just has a lot of listed side effects so if your horse is suspected of having worms, ill or underweight its best not to go with it and use the other ones.
