Hi, I'm retiring my mare and one of the retirement liveries I've looked at requests they have their back shoes removed (or all).
She has good feet but is always quite sore when she loses a shoe so I'm a bit worried about doing this.
She isn't ridden, so do I just have the back shoes taken off...
Hi, can anyone recommend retirement livery in the Greater Manchester or West Yorkshire area?
Am looking at Cheshire Retirement Livery but want to see if there is anything nearer.
Thank you.
Thank you both, that would totally make sense. Defo lots of cuddles for both of them. I've never seen her fluff her tail up before! The smell must be upsetting her and he doesn't understand what he's done wrong :( :( :(
Hi,
Has anyone experienced this? Did it sort itself out?
My boy cat went in for a dental at the vets yesterday (scale and polish, and 2 teeth out). He has come back almost himself - just a little spaced out after the aesthetic. He was keen to eat last night and the vet had said it was ok...
It does work - I've had friends and family members do it with much success. I've just started it myself and can't believe how easy it is. It's definitely working.
I think it's partly physiological - you focus on all the food you can have - the free food, healthy extras etc and this fills you...

I paid 4.5K for my all rounder, and her BE record wasn't great. She is worth her weight in gold to me - one of the safest, easiest and most trainable horses I have ever met. I don't think anything would phase her! Her record isn't a reflection of her ability!
There will be buyers out there who...
I bought a Neue Schule Verbindend Universal for my mare, and increased the size by 1/4 of an inch from her usual size as recommended on the Neue Schule website. However it is too small, and pinches slightly.
I'm unsure whether to go up another 1/4 or 1/2 an inch (not sure if just 1/4 an inch...
My mare isn't 'cuddly', but she will groom you back if you give her a good scratch. She is quite vocal - neighs when I arrive, neighs when I go in the stable, neighs when I give her a carrot. She doesn't appreciate having arms wrapped around her neck, but she is generally social and likes...
Just seen a post in a Facebook group I am a member of that made me think of this thread.
Someone doesn't want to pay for riding lessons - just wants someone who owns a horse to give her and a friend lessons in riding and stable management so she can get a loan over summer!!! I work long...
