    a few people i teach have offered to let me use their horse/pony for me to teach another rider on in exchange for livery services. do i need a riding school licence (as i do not own the ponies)?

    did hear that about the place near faringdon! have looked at heathfield - nearly always full and school always booked for polo etc. ideally self contained yard that was shared by one other person or just on own would be best

    agree totally with comment about generation learning to ride on donkeys etc then expecting to walk straight in to job as Carl hesters second rider without ever having to get up early or pick up po0!!

    Where can you get lessons on a schoolmaster - wales or west mids area?

    www.spires-academy.com they are in Oxfordshire. Only recently set up but have schoolmasters from novice to advanced and teaching from BHS instructors and trainers that have excellent competition records. Also do residential course etc. Worth a look?
