I have the Rid Ups and have used them for a couple of years. *Touches wood* I haven't had a fall where the detachment did/should have triggered so I can't advise on that, but I can say it hasn't triggered when it shouldn't. I find them comfy to ride in. Hope that helps!
Yes. I happily wore the Provent for years (hacking, jumping, local RC level) but had to get a new BP this year due to the regs change. I was all set to buy the same again but tried the Motion whilst at the shop and found it noticeably more comfortable. It has a larger number of smaller sections...
Thank you, but I'm after fully laced fronts so they're adjustable. I have a mangled ankle from a riding accident so have a permanently fat ankle and reduced calf muscle on that leg, and then a normal sized ankle and extra strong (chunky!) calf muscle on the other leg. Finding long boots to fit...
I'm looking for tall boots (proper riding boots, not country boots) in short height with fully laced front (functional laces, not just decorative).
It doesn't seem like it should be impossible but I'm struggling to find any! Even the brands usually good for height options like Shires and...
Please help! Looking for suggestions for a song to sing when I'm jumping, to help me keep a forward canter rhythm.
Pref something well known enough I'll be able to remember it even when I get brain freeze in the arena 🙄
In one of life's weird coincidences, my dog is just about to have a similar surgery to one I had a few years ago. I went private and what I'm going to pay for my dog isn't far off what I paid for me. Somehow both surprising and not surprising at the same time!
I've just ordered. Pony is a native good doer with no health concerns but is on very standard livery yard grazing and hay, and the logic about ensuring some variety just sounds very sensible. Worth a try for £20!
My young lab can chew bits off a Benebone in a couple of hours, and devour a whole yak chew, so in my experience (n=1) I'd say they're not suitable for what you're after. Lab is not allowed any unsupervised access.
I have this trailer and tie big standard haynets outside, and haven't noticed any scratches. Can't say it crossed my mind, it wouldn't be something that bothered me so, I haven't looked for them - but I haven't noticed any either!
Agreed, I've just upgraded to the new Racesafe as my old Racesafe is about to drop out of regs. Old one was fine and comfy, new one is even easier to forget you're wearing it!
