Thanks, I was thinking that. I just feel bad as the wind and rain has been so bad. We are in scotland lol so she should be used to the weather. she is in her late teens and a tbx Warmblood so she doesn't get a great winter coat. Think I will keep her in medium until the temp drops.

This is the first year I have kept a horse out. There is plenty of grass and been feeding twice daily. I currently have her medium rug on but wondering if I should change to heavy weight. Any hints or tips much appreciated. I feel bad but she is far happier out.

Anyone know of anyone with haylage for sale in Ayrshire area? I am currently paying £50 a round bale my friends are only £35 for there's but the farmer is keeping all his for last years customers. Arch!!

He reared up with my friend when the saddle fitter was here and after he bucked me off today I tried to get back on and he reared but I wasn't calm so this didn't help. I think lunging is a good idea as you say he can buck and get all his silliness out without me trying to stay put!

Is anyone sourcing any haylage in Ayrshire? Really struggling to find any and have tried using the bagged haylage and hay but they are having none of it.
