I used the forever living aloe juice in the past to boost the immune system of a 16.2 tb. He had 30ml once a day. He refused to eat feed with it in and wasn't easy to syringe as so runny so I used to liquidise apples and mix them with the juice then syringe it into his mouth which worked well.

Is it possible that you are actually shortening her stride too much before a fence because she is over excited & feeling so bouncy? If you then release the contact 3 strides out you will encourage her to accelerate and flatten over the fence. My mare always used to rush the last stride...
