what hieght and weight would you say a sec c 12.2hh could carry-if the rider is well balanced and can ride? thanks for any comments.

I'm guessing you would probably have to start off doing this for free, if your good and reliable and word gets around you will start geting recomended then Im sure people would pay for your service but there are alot of people around who would be more than willing to ride someones horse for...

thanks! i am going to try that excersize-i will let you know how it goes! So basically i shouldnt think to much about going into a jumping position, but more the position you would do say going for a gallop? I dont jump very high prob 3ft tops at the moment but my horse does make a nice shape...

thanks :) i think i get what you mean but what do you do with your upper body-should my bum be above the back of the saddle and just move hands forwrd a little with heels down into stirrups?

Im having some trouble with my jumping position-i tend to stand up in my stirrups instead of folding forwards. Ive practiced lots of jumping position trotting and cantering round and have been told its good when i do that but when i actually jump i dont fold! My instructer has said my leg...

I ride about 4 different horses a week each with different saddles-one of the saddles is so comfortable for me (dressage saddle) I feel so secure and it just improves your seat so much compared to riding some of the others. your horse is stunning by the way.

Hi :) Has anyone got any tips or excersizes to try to improve left rein canter. He falls in alot-only in canter. He's fine on the right rein and is equal in walk and trot on both reins its just the canter thats a bit of a struggle. thanks in advance x
