I have used cowboy magic whitening shampoo in the past with good results. I also use show white paste (made by gold label) and I have had brilliant results with this. Someone I know with a traditional cob uses net curtain whitenener on the ends of feathers and tips of tails but i wouldnt dare...

I think my cob has a funny name, his stable name is Teddy but his passport is in the name of "Mr Moustach". It was like that when i bought it but i found it to funny to change so thats the name I show him with. I wonder why he got that name...

My cob stopped growing at about 7, but his growth was more outwards then up! He was 14hh when I got him at 4 and last year he peaked at 14.3. He is 8 now and always looked quite gangly but this last year he has suddenly filled out.

I used to be on a yard that had one on a meter and it was great. Had to put a pound in for 10 minutes of heat. I spent a fortune on it in the winter and I do miss it now!

I have painted my ifor williams. I have one of the older ones that has wood panels and i used front door paint from B&Q. It only needed one coat and the paint i used had a built in sealer. I painted it a year ago and it still looks fab today after been un covered all year round.
