My mum was a professional dress maker and worked in all types of materials etc- she happily Mae my wedding dress but would disown me at the thought of making jodhs!
As others have said, the fabric is awful to work with and requires special stitch types etc due to it's elasticity. I would...
There are definitely loads of different opinions on this- it seems to be luck of the draw whether once treated they re-appear or not. If the horse ticks absolutely all boxes aside from the sarcoids, I'd still strongly consider buying but I'd expect the price to reflect this.
My father has had an accident and been taken into hospital (not sure how long for) and we're having problems in getting accommodation for his dog on account of it being completely unvaccinated (foolish, but that's a separate issue!!)

Nice looking boy.
As has already been suggested, the lack of 'box' in an otherwise comprehensively worded ad worries me, especially if he's so great in all other ways by the sound of it. There's an awful lot of description justifying the price tag.... Maybe a bit over-egged and nervously...
Just because it's likely to turn out huge doesn't instantly mean it's going to be unmanageable. Surely good manners learnt through firm handling and good groundwork are the key here, not getting ahead of what's age appropriate? I'm failing to see how starting this young can be of any benefit...
