I am going to a test riding clinic with Steph next week, im really looking forward to it!
Have any of you done one before? Do you just go in and do your test then talk through it afterwards, or do you talk then do the test then work on it?

Please can you recommend a suitable feed to produce more sensible energy and power.
Currently feeding topspec cool and condition cubes with their balancer and normal amounts of hay.
Has anyone used oats to this effect or do they produce more of a silly energy?
As title guys, we have a horse with white bits on its legs we don't want to show in the ring. Not actual white markings just the odd cluster of white hairs.
Was looking at buying some non permanent non ammonia hair dye to put on?

I thought they looked really easy so attempted them last night only to find out they are not so easy after all :o
What do you use to make them? I used a body brush, but they seemed to come out a bit thick and rather wobbly!

Hard to tell from such a small pic, but he looks like he has a fair amount of bone, so I would say he would be more hunter than riding horse. Stick with what you have him in :)
I would imagine him as a soild colour i.e bay and then decide what class you would take him in and show him to that type.
If you decide hunter then stick with the tweed and plain tack, if you decide riding horse then a coloured browband and tweed jacket is correct, if hack then navy jacket...
