I was on the back of a buggy at Cornbury, first thing on Friday when I spotted this deer tail-ending a rider on the way to the Dressage arenas!
Apparently, it lost interest at the National and headed over to the International arena after a while.
I have just unsubscribed from electronic Horse & Hound magazine. Fed up with seeing their gory, horse abuse headlines emblazoned across the title line of my email inbox every week. Either the editors or readers have a warped idea about why equestrian people read and buy H&H. Sick - sick - sick...
Having owned a pair of brown Tuffa Suffolks for years, I'm really, really keen to get my paws on a pair of Tuffa Black Country Rider Boots in a size 8 (or 42).
I've looked on-line and tried a few places without joy (they are being discontinued, also I'm not keen on the style of the Norfolk...
I think I've had my pair for more than four years now and they're still in good condition, comfy and waterproof. I think they'd be a bit too chunky to ride in ...maybe because I've got big feet. However, I think Tuffa bought out a similiar black type that were more slimmed down riding type...
I had a great time there. Sat through two fascinating, consecutive sessions in the Horse Answers area and watched the Polocrosse.
Didn't have any trouble getting out of the car-park either. Thanks, Daily Telegraph for the free tickets.
What a pity it isn't ethical to shoot journalists who aren't able to write an interesting, honest and unbiased article. Put them out of their misery I say!
