Hello all,
I'm desperately excited, having said "yes" to a lovely, safe, reliable 3.5 ton box of dreams!
This leads me to think - how will I store my stuff in the back? It's quite a simple area, and my aim is to create an effective yet lightweight home for stuff I use only when we're travelling...
Fingers crossed for you! I've sent you a message about slow healing - but I know there's nothing worse than people chiming in with opinions when you have a poorly horse, so take with a pinch of salt and lots of healing vibes!
This just jumped out at me: not all horses respond to supplements in the same way! I tried my boy on a bog standard supplement, which is really commonly used here in the UK, and it turned him from a straightforward dude into...not that!

'My' owner was absolutely fab: obviously loved her horse to bits but passed all day-to-day care decisions over to me. I gave a courtesy check when I wanted to do something like change his feed, but...
Interesting! I had the T8 dressage (very briefly) and found that my boy absolutely bloody hated it. Fitted by a fully qualified saddle fitter with a decent local reputation. Rode in it for a bit, and it transformed my saintlike gelding into a rodeo horse. Sent it back, changed saddle fitter, and...
Crunchie and I off to have a go at our first proper* ODE: an unaffiliated run at a BE venue. Bit nervous (but mentally rebranding these feelings as 'excitement') as it'll be the first go we've had at combining the Dressage/SJ/XC work we've been doing all winter on one outing. I bought him as a...
