I'm talking about the stopper that goes in the middle of the martingale, where the two straps join, rather than the stoppers that go on the reins.
Yes that makes sense! Finally got it on and to be fair, it was a funny half hour!
I've just spent a hilarious and frustrating half an hour putting a rubber stopper on my new martingale and wondered why they don't come with them on!
Any ideas?!
It took 3 of us, some hot water and some pliers to get the blasted thing on! I now have very sore fingers!
I live in Walton-on-Thames which is really close to Weybridge. There's a few yards here but hacking isn't great unfortunately.
I work in Ealing and the drive does take about 1hr30 during term time but only 40mins in school holidays! I don't drive round the M25 way though it's too...
Mine is very chatty! Whenever he jumps up on the sofa or the bed he meows a little greeting. Or if he's in a different room to us he chirps to just remind us where he is! He is especially chatty in the mornings, particularly when we are having a lie in!
He also chirps when he's playing with his...
I booked him an appt just after I posted. Thought there was no reason. Much better to take him even of there isn't anything wrong. Just didn't want to waste the vets time!

He is still walking and running (as much as he ever does, he;s quite lazy!) without problems, and...
I have mild scoliosis in my lower back. Like someone said above, the main thing for me is knowing when I'm sitting straight. Also, doing yard chores can really hurt so I do have to be careful.
We looked after their dogs last summer when they went away and they paid us for it and gave us a bottle of something nice as well so would like to reciprocate.
I am happy to pay I just didn't want to appear stingy!
Thanks for the replies!
Hopefully what I was thinking is along the right lines then :)
I didn't want to offend her by not offering enough so i think £50 and a bottle of her favourite drink should be ok then.
We are going away for a week on holiday and a friend is coming over to feed the cat twice a day while we are away and hopefully spend a bit of time with him so he doesn't get too lonely.
How much would you pay them?
The person lives 1 minute walk from my house and would need to come twice...
