I love my oblic 2 (although is an older version) my pony and my friends pony travel really well in it too (mine particularly isn’t a fan of travelling forwards But very chilled herringbone)
I love my oblic 2 and so does my horse, regularly travel one and don’t seem to have a problem, I have the older version which doesn’t have a front ramp and may struggle to manoeuvre a 16.1 in there but otherwise it’s a fab trailer! Tack room at the front very handy too!
I have a vans fautras obliq 2, mines the older version but I love it so does my horse, who also struggled in a forward facing trailer. Find he’s so much more chilled when we’re out and about too, I assume because he’s not been wound up by not liking the trailer
there was a few in my year that kept horses elsewhere. It’s just the bucs teams that you can’t use your own horses so it’s a fair playing field for everyone. The friendly riding club comps You can take your own horse if you want to. The sb riding club uses long lane as it’s riding school

Drumnagair Shetland ponies in Aberdeenshire. Nina has some lovely ponies! Most are black but sometimes has other colours too!
I had mine for the last 2 and a half years of my vet degree although the final year he was on loan to a college due to me being all over the place on placement. I paid for him but mainly with savings from before uni as had no time to work once at uni!
I towed catering trailers for the people I used to work for, they are heavier than you think they are! We towed with 3l pickups which towed them really well but you deifnately need some oomph! Also depends where you're wanting to go as some sites we went to got very very muddy and getting the...
I took my pony out on my own for the first time the other day, just take it steady and you'll be fine. One thing I hadn't thought of until I did it though was doing everything by yourself for example previously my mums always been with me so I've loaded and she's put the back bar up but when...
Hi everyone, I've just moved to Methlick to start my first job as a vet, unfortunately my horse is still at home so I'm looking for a horse to ride once or twice a week until mine comes up (unlikely to be until Christmas at the earliest) ideally something sane and sensible between 15-16hh...
Does anyone know of any yards in the above area, I've just move there but not moved my pony yet. would really like a school and good fencing but apart from that we're fairly flexible
