What have you done to wind so many people up?? I mean for a random innocent victim, that's a lot of bugs coming out of the woodwork... Sorry to be negative! I would go with your insurance company and solicitor who have both advised you it is pointless.

Sometimes I think you'll find you're airing thoughts rather than actually asking for advice as such. It is nice to get a different perspective sometimes, but you're not always prepared for what that perspective might be. I think everyone is capable of making valid points even if it wildly...
