hi i am having a few problems with my cob basically i got a new saddle for her about a year ago now and she started arching her back i had the saddler out and she said it was fine yet she still arched her back,i got a back person out and they couldnt find anything wrong,i had a vet out and they...
im not sure i was only thinking of using it as she has got very sensitive and nervous latly and i dont know why it was just an idea as i have had a vet out and he couldnt find anything all he did was check if she was lame i am just not sure if magnesium is any good or not
shes just been acting out of character and a post on here said about the grass lacking magnesium,i thought this might help as she has been very spooky lately and had me off a couple of weeks ago which is not like her
i read that it can help overweight horses and ones that are abit over excited so i just thought i would see if it could help with her being over sensitive about things
hi i have brought my horse some magnesium oxide as i read it is a good calmer on it . it says feeding rate 2g per 100kg bodyweight i have got a heavy cob could anyone recommened how much i should give her and is it something you can give every day or just certain times of year?please any advice?
hi it definatly sounds like an allergy our horse gets it every year and we give him piriton which is approved by the vet, does the trick and also garlic in his feed
hi my mums horse gets allergys every year and our vet gave him piriton we now give him the human ones as it is the same as what a vet gives you it is also alot cheaper my mums horse has 15 twice a day they are the 4mg ones and they do work also garlic is very good for allergys aswell
