I think there are TB coloureds now actually, i know matchmaker was one (sadly died recently). Angrove stud have a couple, near full tb and then there is 'i was framed' a full tb. Just do a search on google... There are a few out there, if not full tb, very close. Or how about a lighter weight...
Well said MFH!
I agree, funny no one has fought their corner from CHAPS, this has got to be one of the most reknowned forums/magazines, with such a vast number of people viewing its not exactly good press....
Im just about to put mine in foal and have been told...
"it can give you a higher likelyhood that the mare will take if she has some level of fitness",
also,
"it is good for them to have some exercise during pregnancy",
just i guess nothing to strenuous later on, of course there is always...
Try vaseline, it suffocates them, doesn't work so well on long coats as its real hard to properly cover them.
Ive got a problem with ticks on my dog at the mo and ive just been told nail varnish gets rid of them, havent tried it on the horses yet though. But if all else fails with the vaseline...
Got to agree with ali_m I have a beautiful Kate Negus drop noseband bridle, i havent found another to match it! They do lovely reins too all rubber and no leather (bar on fittings) X-grip or something i think, i use them on my dressage and xc bridle!!!
Awesome tack shop...
Thanks all, Garlic is awesome, it can be used for everything!!! There is another thread going on here saying garlic is a no no for dogs... im not convinced but not an expert so...
However, it does stink, and if the nail varnish doesn't harm the dog, then its worth a go...
We use Vaseline on...
Any ideas to stopping ticks? We have a Basset Hound who is always in the undergrowth and gets covered in them, it doesnt help we live in woodlands (mainly pine) and there are masses of deer.
We've tried frontline flea and tick treatment, but it didnt do much!
Now what? any ideas greatly...
Only just saw your post after already PMing you. You've just answered all the ?s in it really... The boys look fab. Really nice stamps, Very sellable type!
Glad about the breeding mainly bays, my mare is chestnut.
Thanks for the help!!!
Thankyou, RBM. My mare is the typical redhead too! I dont mind her being hot I just dont want to amplify it, by getting a sharp stallion!
Im glad El Thuder's temp seems to pass on, he's DEFINATELY on the shortlist!!!
