As stated, anyone have an idea what I could try? He's great in his Waterford, light and easy, but back in his snaffle we're straight back to leaning and tanking. He's been in a loose ring snaffle and is now in a NS verbindend snaffle, both much the same. Any help much appreciated, dressage on...
My horse is going through exactly the same at the moment. he had antibiotics and bute for a week, stopped bleeding then as soon as the drugs finished, it came back. He's on antibiotics again and due to finish on Monday when we'll have to wait and see. Am madly crossing my fingers that it's...

They did say it would heal quicker with being plated, unfortunately thats a bit like a red rag to a bull! well, can't really do much for a couple of weeks until the plaster comes off, bloody typical, first time in 2 years I've got something to event this season and I'm broke!
Having been booted on wednesday by horse and ended up with plates in both ulna and radius was wondering if anyone could give me any light at the end of the tunnel? Consultant reckons it'll be 3 months before I'm riding, SURELY NOT!
Was wondering if anyone has any experience using a hackamore in the XC phase. Have something that's got a horribly sensitive mouth and copes well with a hackamore but just not sure my steering would be acurate enough for skinnies, combinations, e.t.c. Any thoughts?
I know I'm also REALLY late to this thread but would also love to come and play! I'm based in south Lincs and would recommend Hoods just north of Lincoln
