after a few terse texts and the threat of legal action she managed to find someone willing to come and take him, i dont think she ever had any intention of taking him back, i am just hoping that he doesnt get sold on to someone else unsuitable x

as much as i like these suggestions i dont want to hand the problem on to someone else and do not want to do anything thats not legal, it looks like she couldnt care less about the pony
yes the trial was my idea, will discuss with yard owner in the morning, have checked with registered owner on passport and she confirmed he was sold, i traced her through fb but hasnt replied to any further questions about who he was sold etc
