As one who worked with him from the start at CSHT I can vouch for the time and expense incurred by JO personally as I can for the rest of the committee's personal expenditure of both time and cash.
If you want to cause a worried frown on a committee member's brow ask them to calculate how...
To give credit where it is due CSHT and their hard-working committee under JO took on Houston's date to become Scone 2. Ran CIC 2* at short notice and then added a 1*. As well as hosting some of the championships.

See the Central Scotland website virtual course walk for all courses taken last Friday. Only 2* and OI jumps 5 and 6 are not in the rescheduled course. You even get the courses that never ran.
Just back from walking the ground. Has dried well over the past couple of days with a drying wind and bright sunshine at the moment. Barring torrential rain the event will run on Friday for Novice OI CIC 1* CIC 2*

Official inspection tomorrow morning updates will be posted approx 12 noon so please keep checking the website.

http://www.centralscotlandhorsetrials.co.uk
has photos of the May event courses. The 80t course will have many jumps similar to the BE90 course, the course itself will be different...
