I have been with them for years and have never had an issue. Have only made one claim with them and that was a few years ago and my mare had a few issues going on caused by a reaction she had and they were fab and paid out for everything with no problems at all.

My mare a few years ago developed swollen glands under her jaw. It turned out to be an allergy that was causing the swelling in the glands. We have subsequently moved areas and her glands have returned to normal and she hasnt had an allergy issue since.

I have used a 505 with right hand ramp with my 15.2 mare. She does manage to get round ok but I have also used a Bateson with a left hand ramp with her. And I prefer the left hand ramp for offloading as its easier for the horse to turn. Not used a new ifor but think left hand ramp is better.
