    Old style greenguard muzzle

Thanks for that..... didn't realise when I bought it (2nd hand) that they were different :( I'm guessing they must work for some though as I used to have one for a laminitic Sect A and that worked a treat. I just don't remember it being flat at the chin end though 😕

    Old style greenguard muzzle

Because it's not like the old one I had a number of years ago and it looks like the pony would be able to eat out the back of it.

    Old style greenguard muzzle

Have just bought an old style gg muzzle and it is flat at the back part (by the chin). Is this normal or should I heat it to bend it up? TIA :0)

    Dealers in East Anglia

Has anyone had any good experiences buying from dealers in the East of England. I know of a few names but I don't know if they're reputable. Stable Mirrors

Just wondered what the feedback is for using mirrors. Have a horse who is generally happy in his stable until the morning when others start to go out before him, then he gets quite stressy. Consequently am looking into mirrors, but am not sure how big, where to buy from and whether people have...

    Feeding a picky ulcer horse

Crikey, I've only just managed to check back and really appreciate all your comments. Well here is where I'm at........... I did try him on TopSpec UlsaKind, but was informed that I'd also have to feed him a balancer (suggested TS Comprehensive costing £38ish per bag!!). Well not being funny...

    Fetlock joint capsule tear

Hiya My mare had the same injury plus suspensory damage and cartilage damage. She was operated on......this was last May. I'm afraid I can't remember exactly how long recovery took, but I was riding her by about Sept/October time. This was just hacking and initially just in walk and then...

    Feeding a picky ulcer horse

I have a 16.2hh 9yo TB gelding who has been diagnosed with grade 4 ulcers for the 2nd time this year :( Initially we thought his first bowt was due to being boxed rested following injury. Now, we are thinking it's more stressed related. He has fully recovered from his injury and was back in...
