BSJA qualifying for Discovery 2nd rounds

So if I get another double clear (that'll be 4), BSJA will contact me to say I've qualified for a 2nd round and tell me where they are?

BSJA qualifying for Discovery 2nd rounds

1.25m!!!!!!! Bloomin eck! Better get practising. Are the second rounds local competitions or will I have to travel nationally? So there are 3 rounds, do you have to get placed or jump clears? I can get on my horses winnings no problem, it's finding these qualifying rules I'm struggling with.

The high street shops are full of tweed jackets. Try Zara, they have some really smart green tweed jackets. I'm also tall/long armed. I got one from H&M and bought silver horse head buttons and stitched them on. Cost me 40 in total and is better fit and smarter than my £250 wool jacket.

Can you recommend decent trimmers (hair, not hoof!)

I have a 17hh wb who is terrified of clippers. Therefore I use men's hair clippers from Tesco at £6 a set. I've done a blanket clip with them today. Took me over an hour but they are almost silent. Bargain. However they won't go through a greasy coat but fly through my warm bloods soft coat...

    Preventing muddy fields

My rented field is on a slight slope so the rain water runs off into an adjacent stream, however the crop field from the farm next door is next to my field and it drains onto my horses grass field which makes it very muddy throughout the winter. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep fields...
