I can relate, my boy so far this summer has injured his leg. All by himself so was off with antibiotics and danillon. He then tried to slit his throat que more danilon and time off and now he has had an allergic reaction (prob to work) an has big lumps. Again more danilon an time off. I think my...
Lots of good advice here. Id keep schooling sessions short and sweet. Why not introduce pole work , cones and small jumps into your schooling gives you something else to focus on. Id also agree with having a goal for each session e.g nice transitions and if goal reached go for a hack or do...
My oh doesnt ride. Horsey time and costs were laid on the table from the start so he wasnt getting involved under any false pretences. I only get a raised eyebrow when an unexpected vet bill pops up but hes then reminded about the cost of his hobbies. It is give and take right enough & we do set...

We have 2 borders my first is now 15months old & my 2nd is 6months old. Both went to dog school (or doggy borstal as my oh calls it) seperately & tbh they are very good off the lead & have good recall. We only let them off though in a secure area or 1 field I deem safe enough for 2 border...
