This can be caused by a weakened blood vessel - is it located where the gullet would be? It doesn't mean that your saddle doesn't fit, it's just the easiest place for the fluid to escape to rather than under the panels.

A lot of the poorer examples of coloured Polish WB's have similar back ends I have noticed. I'm sure he will be snapped up by someone!

Have a look on the SSA website - they do a range of classes which are great fun but you do have to be very nit-picky about your turnout! Equitation would be a good one to start with, concours is also good fun.

Your best bet is to get into second gear and keep up a steady speed - not too slow! Works for me.

Chatsworth is my favourite event to watch. Gutted I couldn't go this year.

Depends if horse or rider. If it was the horse and I was judging, I would certainly point it out. If it was the rider I'd keep it zipped!

I find that when dressaging my traditional cob, she either does really well or really badly. We did a prelim test once, it was a nice test and obedient, nothing wrong but obviously there were still things to work on. We scored sub 50%. Top scores were all wb types. Hairy beasts didn't fare well...
