Really struggling to find this, so does anybody know of anywhere near Cobham, Surrey that would offer 24/7 turnout and use of a good school for retired event horse now just doing hacking and low level stuff to teach a more novice rider. Would prefer somewhere either in own field or just with...

Solutions treeless - how does it look?

I have a dressage and jump solution saddle. I also couldn't cope with the velcroing of the shims and found it really difficult to use, so the company made us up a pad balanced how we needed it, in a black cover like a prolite with no velcro, that I just place on between the thin saddlecloth and...

    Anyone in Surrey?

Hi, does anyone know of/have any experience of renting equestrian property in Surrey? We have 2 horses in livery and 2 others at grass and are generally just a bit fed up of constant little things not being done, and then excuses being given as to why. So... thinking of biting the bullet and...

    Insuring foals

The mare is insured with petplan so she is covered for foaling but they wont cover the foal until 30 days and dont really want to change her to another company as she is on an old policy they dont do anymore so good value and we wouldnt get it again if we stopped it.

    Insuring foals

Our first foal is due next week and we would like to get him insured but most companies only seem to do them from 30 days so just wondered if anyone knew if any companies would insure foals from birth to cover vets fees?

XC schooling at Tweseldown with lots of pics

He looks great, I love Tweseldown. I have the same problem with my position jumping with my lower leg slipping back so have started to try to really work on this in lessons. The thing I have found most helpful is my trainer saying to imagine you are kicking 2 footballs forward with your feet...
