I use the Global Herbs Fennell and have previously used there Psyllium/Clearout but havent tried the Gut Buster. I love Global Herbs products, they may be a little expensive but they do the job x

I have a 15.1 cob gelding that will hopefully be going on part loan very soon. the person wanting to loan him is an experienced rider and is 5ft9' and 12stone, i think i already know the answer to this but he'll be able to carry her wont he?

My mare is/was prone to gas colic too (for no reason whatsoever at times) and shes been on fennell for about 2 years and *touches wood* its reduced her colic episodes by around 95% and on the odd occasion she does get it it is very mild and no need for a vet :) she just has 1 25ml scoop per day...
obvs my 2 have never had colic surgery etc but ive had them both on Fast Fibre and 1 of them on C&C in the past for various reasons, and to be quite honest the only thing it did was send them both crackers! they were in a decent amount of work but still had too much excess energy however...

my horses detest jointed bits - e.g. the nutcracker action, i have previously had them in french link bits which they went nice enough in and seemed happy, however I have recently changed to bits with the revolver centre (jeffries i believe) and they go lovely in them and seem really happy :)

Ive recently been advised to get my mare a comfort bridle with the cut away headpiece, any ideas which companies make such things without me having to take out a bank loan :)
my 2 horses are out all day and stabled at night (all year) over winter they get there feet picked out whenever i go down to the yard (at least 3 days a week) in summer i'd say more like every day as i go down to the yard more :)
at the moment i pick their feet out when i bring them in and...
ive just bought the velcro ones - think theyre called V Tie
i used the equitie ones and theyve always been ok... until my mare panicked a few weeks ago, the tie didnt come free and instead she pulled the tie ring and the wood it was attached to off the front of her stable :(
