I have tried and failed to get confirmation on the qualification requirements of FEI events. Could someone please explain in layman's terms?? For an uncatergorised rider I think to do CIC/CCI* and CIC/CCI**.

Unfortunately this seems to be the case with me too....I have received an email back saying they won't place a dog in kennels, when at no point have I said they will be in kennels. It would be so much easier just to buy a puppy, but I would rather give a dog a home that doesn't have one!
It was more in response to the below reply, which IMO is implying that my dogs aren't loved, and the situation in which they are kept isn't acceptable.
I'd just like to add I ADORE my dogs, and they know it. I have always been complemented on how well behaved and happy they are. Just because they don't sleep in a house doesn't mean they are in anyway neglected.

Thank you for your concerns. At no point have I said they are guard dogs. I have had dobermans, rotties and GSDs in the past with no problems at all, but I will, as always when rehoming a dog, take care in the selection.
I don't have a problem with people not being able to get in! :D My yard is private, with only 2 people coming and going so it wouldn't be a problem, and I am always there if the farrier comes or the vet etc. The yard is 8 mins from my house, so very local.
