Yes I know what you mean, I was at the vets Saturday and then back on their door first thing Monday morning waiting for them to open, told them how ill she was and how worried I was because she wasn't eating or drinking and had slept solidly all day and night for her then to start trying to play!!
Her cough hasn't been and still isn't that bad, it sounds like she's gagging rather than coughing and she does it if she barks gets excited or drinks water but she seems better today and is starting to eat again.
I haven't had my horse on livery there but I am in the area and would say its probably one of the better yards in the area. I have looked at the yard a couple of years back and the only couple of things that put me off were, that it is a riding school and having been a livery at a riding school...

I have an older Henry at home, brilliant and the only Hoover I haven't broken. Just bought a new one for work, argh so difficult it's heavy and hard to push no matter what the setting, it's just not the same as my old one.
Me too, one of the worst in east London, but neither myself or my family would ever do something like this, it's not about being horsey it's about common sense and decency to others.
My daughters pony was in for a week, she went everyday and the only days I didn't go was three days when I was working until 5 as the vets didn't allow visiting after 5, on those days my mum picked her up from school and took her straight there, it's about half an hour away. Even just a little...
