Weather was utter rubbish today & car decided to act the maggot so riding plans were shelved! Horses were in all day and it was still very poor out this evening, so the best I could offer was a bit of free ranging while I got the stables done. Hopefully tomorrow is more productive! Ignore...

I had initially planned to have a lesson yesterday, then maybe go dressaging today - but both were cancelled due to rubbish weather! So we hacked one of the lads today (will do both tomorrow if weather is on our side) and just busied ourselves with general yard chores. Boring!!

It probably would do. I think the key will be finding a way to round everything off so there isn’t anything to catch on. Easier said than done 😬

Could you try making like a grid of duct tape to go across the bottom of her foot, then an outer layer to hold it in place - would that work? With a thin layer of vet wrap to protect the vulnerable bits! It’s how I typically do poultice so admittedly not sure how it would hold up with a shoe...

Nice schooling session this evening. Got my backside (gently) kicked at my lesson the other week, so have been working hard to be less cr*p 🤣 Went well, was very pleased. I rode Ace, OH was on Charmer. 🙂
