Call him whatever you like 🤣 I always think Charmer is a sort of daft name for a 17hh bay potato, but he suits it in his own way. I usually call him Big Unit 😂 none of my animals ever really get called by their actual names anyway 😅
Hope you’re feeling better soon!
Rode both lads on Friday (one before work, one after). Nearly didn’t ride at all yesterday cos I got some test results which are mildly concerning and I just wanted to mope about the house and feel sorry for myself, but I gave myself a kick up the arse and gave Charmer a bath cos he’s been super...

No big plans here either, survival mode ongoing lol but our main DIY work in stables should finish on Saturday, so hopefully next week will yield the start of some...
This feels like a charade at this stage, as both my ridden horses are complete swamp monsters at the moment.
We haven’t had a day without rain since the start of the year, winter really is wintering… 🫠
Biggest achievement last week was getting the arena groomed, followed promptly by days of...
My vet recommended science supplements ProKalm when my horse was hand walking for a ddft injury, in the end we didn’t need it because he was quite sensible, but thought I’d mention it!
One thing we had as well was that we’d had flu & tets done by two different practices so they asked for full medical history from both. It didn’t cause a problem btw, but just something to be mindful of if you’ve ever done that!
