What type of pony should I buy?

I agree with the posts above. I would really consider and research what you actually want and include your instructor, have him/her view potential purchases with you. Looking at some of your posts you seem really sensible when it comes to riding, but not entirely sure you know what you want...

    hi lite elite saddle

Depends if it fits the pony. Not best quality but reputable brand so you could trust it was reasonably well made and won't hurt pony as long as it fits. Even though these are the slightly adjustable its still needs to fit tree size.

    What's your favourite online store?

I love barnstormers. Always shop with them in store really helpful and great prices, can't fault them.

    Petition to curb RSPCA prosecutions

I haven't read all replies but one criticism is the lack of legal aid however in most criminal cases (I think sexual assault type and child endangerment are excluded) you aren't entitled to legal aid if you have more than £8,000 including the value of your house. So people won't lose their...

What are your current gripes about rugs... :)

Lots of things already mentioned! There seams to be at least one different fault on each rug. When they change a rug and make it worse! Btw a lamb tail rind/band works well as a cheap surcingle stopper.

    Mites/Lice/Sweet itch or something else?

Skin problems are annoying and there's a whole host of things it could be but I also think sweet itch is less likely especially as he hasn't presented symptoms over times of high fly/midges could you try a very good fly spray/sweet itch spray and see if it goes/lessens in a few months. Before...

I think you'd be better off with 2 pairs of reins then.

    Tekna dressage saddle

Shires Equestrian are the distributors for the UK, so anyone who stocks their stuff can order them in or have to check stock of stores before you go.

    Cooking For Winter - HELP!

hollyandivy123 I was just about to say that! There is a BBC news article on it, also it gets treated more like a fibre and so keeps you fuller for longer! Freeze pasta sauce in ice cube trays the bag them once frozen, couple of cubes and reheat some pasta, add some cheese (grate a block on the...

    How many of you

Yes!! I wouldn't dream of not! For anyone who's handle brakes off, buy the round shaped one with plastic handle, it's a bolt that holds it on and so the thin metal on a wooden handle one doesn't bend and brake.
