In the end I requested to make a formal complaint, they can’t raise that for you either 🙄, but you can send it in via email & I did get a solution within a couple of weeks of that so might be worth trying that route.

They’re marmite, try before you buy if you can. Mine absolutely hated it & I was happy with his decision too as the quality of the leather was appalling despite being one of their more premium offerings, I know others though that love them.
