I know. I had a thermal imaging person come out. Before she did it she suspected trapped nerve! Her leg was also very cold. Since yesterday she seems happier! Thank god. Must learn to not listen to everyone's diagnosis!

Update! She actually had a trapped nerve so once I have box rested and she's sound then going out her nerves are tightening her muscles... now doing rehab to release this!

Just looking to see if anyone has experienced their horse coughing during this dry month! Mine seems to cough when excersised... granted she may always of has a cough at the start but this some times persists throughout riding. Some days she won't cough at all but other days it's frequent...

What are peoples experience with long pasterns. I have a 4 year old thoroughbred x lipazarna. My first vet who vaccinated her thought they didn't really look long... had my third vaccination today and this vet said they are on the long side and just to watch as they may slope. Now I'm worried...

Thanks for all your comments. This makes me positive . Spoken with my vet again today. A little swelling is fine nothing to worry about which puts my mind at rest. I'm in no rush at the end of the day so like everyone is saying it's defiantly time!

So it's been 3 months since the diagnosis of a splint bone fracture of the hind leg from a kick. A fragment was catching on the suspensory but that seems to have resolved. Fracture is still not 100% healed but as were now sound we can be turned out. Its the l9wer oart of the splint ao will take...

Dont blame you, its not worth the risk there will be plenty more dates hopefully when the ground is better. I would love to have gone but id rather have a fixed horse then a poorly one!

If you go on there website there is a number to ring and they will give you txt alerts for the next rides. i went on a newcomers day and loved it so keep going now :) and if your unsure staying at the back is best, then your not caught in a big crowd.
