I am sharing a horse who is not very well schooled and my instructor thinks she's not helping my riding abilities though she has amazing scope.
At the moment I'm paying £140 a month for the share, but am limited with what I can do on her as the other sharer hunts a lot. I feel I am not...
Yes I will get her owner to get that all checked out, she's awful doing her girth as well which might be sign that she's in pain...
And I have been riding from their stables but it is quite far from me so I wouldn't be able to full loan from there.
thanks for your help! been really useful :-)
Oh sorry, her owner has the injury, not the horse!
Her sire is Catherston Liberator, advanced event horse and I know she has competed up to 3'3 unaf sj. I haven't ridden her much but am planning to after exams to see if her spooking eases up. I found when she relaxed she was perfect, really...
I've found the most gorgeous horse to loan for competing but she's so spooky and very grumpy!
Her owner said she never used to be grumpy but since she's moved to her livery she's become very bitey and mareish. She's also extremely spooky schooling; she won't just spook at something and then get...
I've just got a DSLR off gumtree - definitely recommend it! I got my sony a350 for just over half the original price with extras and as new condition! and could pick it up as you can search within your area :-)
My horse is 17 now and although still in work and loving it, won't compete to the level I want to do. I've had her for 4 years almost and I wish I had the finances (and the time!) to keep two :(
I've decided I would like to find one on loan or possibly buy for me to compete but this leaves me...
So glad you liked her :-) You were actually the first person to come and see her, be good hacking out next week so you can see her out as well!
p.s saw your name on the forum! x

I'm doing equine stem cell therapy for an extended project qualification at college and need first hand information about the procedure and if it was successful for your horse?
I tried Phoebe Buckley and Ruth Edge but...
Yes it is, could you maybe tell me a bit about your horse and how it obtained the injury (I'm assuming on a tendon instead of a ligament?) and maybe how he is doing now.. whether he returned to full work and is now completely sound?
Thanks for you help :-)

I tried Phoebe Buckley and Ruth Edge but think they might be a little busy at the moment with the eventing season...
