Sounds like they cant be getting your emails Charlie. Why not call instead? If you contact your area rep they'll probably direct you to them anyway as that is what they're supposed to do.
It's there to give advise and support to anyone with an ex-racer about anything feeding, vet stuff, saddlery, training, you name it. If you are pretty desperate like I was you can speak to someone in an evening and weekends which was great for me as not always easy to call during work time!
I can't be the only one thinking this but RoR don't really seem to promote this very much.Why? Its a fantastic free service but seems to be people that don't know about it. I was one!
